Modular architecture: The design allows for the separation of six different sections, which allows the town to be presented as a compact development or a wide seaside promenade.

Authentic commercial details: The interior of the buildings houses a fully equipped ice cream shop (gelateria), a flower shop and a fish market with unique accessories reflecting the atmosphere of the Ligurian coast.

Complex topography: The use of tiling techniques in various shades of blue and gray slopes creates a realistic effect of the depth of the water and the rocky cliff on which the buildings are set.

A diverse cast of minifigures: The set contains as many as 10 characters, including local craftsmen and tourists, which, combined with numerous sea animals, creates a vivid narrative of Italian holidays.
