Interchangeable tree crowns (Seasonality): The set includes two full sets of leaves - green for summer and yellow-brown for autumn, which allows you to completely change the aesthetics of the model depending on the season. All 185 plant elements are made of ecological polyethylene from sustainable sugar cane cultivation.

Modular huts with removable roofs: Three independent rooms (bedroom, bathroom and children's room) have easily removable roofs, and the entire tree canopy can be lifted for easy access. This allows you to play in richly equipped interiors with details such as a microscopic ship in a bottle or a cuckoo clock.

Functional winch with basket: A manual crane with a crank mechanism and a rope is mounted on the bedroom railing, which is used to transport supplies from ground level to the upper terraces. This is a key interactive element that increases the playability of the set and adds realism to it.

Detailed landscape base: The model base is a miniature ecosystem with a stream made of transparent tiles, a fireplace, a swing and a treasure hidden under a stone. The wide base structure guarantees excellent stability of the tree, which when folded reaches an impressive height of 37 cm.
