Jazz Club

Division into two buildings: The structure combines an elegant jazz club and a pizzeria, offering a variety of colors and a unique tailoring workshop on the first floor. This is the first modular building that so efficiently integrates three different service zones in one building.

Stage and instruments: The interior of the club houses a detailed stage with a brick double bass and a complete drum set, allowing for a realistic recreation of a concert. The set includes eight residents, including a full jazz band with a singer in a unique outfit.

Greenhouse on the roof: Above the pizzeria there is a functional greenhouse with plants, which is used by the chef to grow fresh ingredients for dishes. This is an innovative architectural detail that diversifies the roof line and adds an ecological character to the model.

Entrance at an angle of 45 degrees: The use of an advanced technique of building doors set at an angle gives the club's facade a unique, three-dimensional appearance. The whole is complemented by an elegant, large sign and an awning, referring to the classic art deco style.
